Place your unworn eyewear in its original protective case and packaging, ensuring all tags and authenticity certificates are included.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
